**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to sell various insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through various sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹8,413.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
