**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- deliver lessons on commerce-related topics, including Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, and Entrepreneurship.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles.
- Ensure alignment with the institution's curriculum standards and guidelines.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Prepare, administer, and evaluate assignments, tests, and exams.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students to enhance their learning outcomes.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Maintain student attendance records and monitor their academic progress.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Guide students in understanding career opportunities in commerce and related fields.
- Provide additional academic support through remedial classes or one-on-one mentoring when required.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in commerce education and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff for academic planning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide student progress updates.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology for teaching (e.g., online tools, smart classrooms).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
