**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Campaign Management**
- Develop, launch, and manage campaigns across various formats, including image, video, carousel, and collection ads.
- Manage and optimize paid advertisements using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.

**Content Creation and Management**
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to build and retain audiences.
- Handle basic graphic design tasks to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to create optimized content for enhanced search engine visibility.

**Performance Analysis**
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies across all digital channels.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to assess campaign performance and consumer behavior.

**Strategic Planning**
- Identify and implement the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and global digital presence, generating quality leads.

**Brand Consistency**
- Regularly review and ensure brand messaging consistency across all digital channels.
- Align marketing efforts with the company’s overall business goals and branding guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in **Facebook Ads**, **Google Ads**, **Google AdWords**, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of content management systems such as **WordPress**.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation techniques.

**Experience**
- **2 to 3 years** of experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

**Language Requirements**
- Fluency in English (preferred).
