General Responsibilities:

- To design all collaterals for the company.
- To ensure brand guidelines are followed for every collateral that is designed for the company.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To design all Digital Ads, Offline Creatives, Collaterals and Brand Artwork for the company.
- To follow all approved brand guidelines while designing the creative.
- To understand and execute the required briefs given by Marketing Head/ other departments into art works required in the particular specifications.
- To ensure images used in artworks are royalty free, approved and legal.
- To ensure all artworks are of optimum quality & high resolution.
- To adhere to the deadline provided for artwork to be submitted for campaigns/advertising activity.
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
- Testing graphics across various media.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
Knowledge & Skills Disposition /Personality

Diploma/Degree in Design - BFA (Graphics) or equivalent 1. Determined, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

2. Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects, and

meet deadlines

3. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills

4. Collaborative mindset with leadership ability to guide junior

designers

1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Self-motivated

Premiere Pro, After Effects), CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools

2. Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity creation, and brand consistency

3. Proficiency in designing marketing collaterals for print and digital platforms

4. Experience in social media creative strategy, content design, and ad creatives

5. Ability to conceptualize and execute event branding and promotional campaigns

6. Skilled in menu and signage design, including both hardware and page layouts

7. Basic knowledge of web design and UI elements for website projects

8. Excellent creative and design sense with strong attention to detail

9. Good communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
