**Function**: Call Centre
**Job Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 18
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)
**Travel Requirement**: No

**Compensation**:

- **Fresher**: ₹16,000 (In-Hand)
- **Experienced (Up to 8 Years)**: Up to ₹25,000 (In-Hand)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:

- Graduate preferred
- Undergraduates (Minimum: 12th Pass with results in hand) can apply
- **Experience**: 0 months - 8 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide course-related information.
✔ Engage with leads to generate interest and schedule counselling sessions.
✔ Follow up with potential students to ensure high conversion rates.
✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
✔ Work towards achieving individual and team targets.
✔ Provide professional guidance and support to students regarding career opportunities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**Languages**: Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (both verbal and written).
**Industry Experience**:

- **Outbound Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation** experience preferred.
- Experience in **educational counselling** is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **communication and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to **handle objections and build rapport** with potential students.
- Goal-oriented with a **sales-driven mindset**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **CRM tools and MS Office** is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
