2D Drafter will work with interior designers, architects, and project managers to create precise and detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings required for interior design projects. They will use software tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software) to produce drafts that assist in the visualization and realization of design concepts for residential, commercial, or institutional spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Detailed 2D Drawings**: Produce accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections for interior spaces based on design concepts and specifications provided by interior designers or architects.
- **Space Planning**: Help with space planning by creating functional layouts that consider traffic flow, room usage, furniture placement, and overall interior aesthetics.
- **Collaborate with Designers**: Work closely with interior designers and architects to understand the design requirements and incorporate any changes or updates into the drafting process.
- **Drafting Software Proficiency**: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other industry-standard drafting tools to create high-quality, accurate drawings.
- **Material and Finishing Details**: Incorporate details such as materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings into the drawings.
- **Prepare Technical Documentation**: Provide detailed drawings that will be used for permitting, construction, or installation processes. This may include lighting plans, electrical layouts, and other technical specifications.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure that all drafts adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and other industry standards.
- **Revise and Update Plans**: Revise and update plans as per feedback from the design team or clients, ensuring all adjustments are reflected in the final documents.
- **Assist in Presentations**: Prepare drawings or other visual presentations to help communicate design concepts to clients or stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software programs. Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to create highly detailed and accurate drawings that communicate design concepts effectively.
- **Understanding of Interior Design Principles**: Knowledge of space planning, interior materials, finishes, and furniture arrangements.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly interpret and communicate design ideas with clients and team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify potential design issues and propose solutions within the drafting phase.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in interior drafting, architectural drafting, or design is often preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
