Following are the detailed roles/ responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of MIS frameworks, tools, and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
2. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate disparate data sources, streamline reporting processes, and enhance data accuracy and reliability.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, addressing inquiries, organizing meetings, and participating in investor conferences and roadshows.
4. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between investor messaging and corporate objectives.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
6. Oversee the preparation and dissemination of timely and accurate financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and investor presentations.
7. Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, treasury, and legal, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and executive management, to understand business needs and priorities.
Qualifications:

- Professional certification such as CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience of more than 3-4 years in financial analysis, Investor Relations and MIS within a public listed company or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MIS tools (e.g., Excel, Zoho Analytics).
