**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify and target potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Develop and Maintain Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products/services.
- **Customer Support**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Attitude**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,188.96 per month
