Program Associate, Academics primarily will be responsible for supporting the program operations and student engagement. The job entails coordination with multiple stakeholders such as students, faculty, SPO partner CEOs, and internal team members; supporting the program manager in maintaining program-related documents; leading and managing student engagement activities; supporting class management including digital support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Coordination and Management Skills
- Competent in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong academic leanings and ability to work with students and cross-functional team
- Basic knowledge of finance will be helpful
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Comfortable in using and managing digital and offline communication
- The ability to conduct tutorial sessions for students on an identified academic domain will be an added asset
- Versatility to simultaneously work on diverse tasks and deliver consistently

- 15K Inhand Monthly for 1 hour per day.
