Illford Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Career Relationship Officer in Cochin. As a Career Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with clients, understanding their career aspirations, and providing guidance to help them achieve their professional goals. This position involves a combination of client interaction, career counseling, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their career goals, preferences, and challenges.

Career Counseling:
Provide expert career guidance to clients, helping them identify suitable career paths and opportunities.

Assist clients in creating personalized career development plans and strategies.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about Illford Digital's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote relevant offerings to clients.

Problem Resolution:
Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure a positive client experience.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system.

Generate reports and analytics on client interactions and satisfaction.

Networking:
Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and build relationships.

Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, career development strategies, and educational opportunities to enhance your own knowledge and skills.

Provide training sessions or workshops for clients on relevant career-related topics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in client relationship management, career counseling, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with career development tools and resources.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)
