- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students to help them improve their skills, confidence, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and industry experts to enhance the quality and relevance of nail technician training programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Conduct the sessions as per the specified course content and schedule
- Build Students' Competency according to the levels required to fit in the industry
- Resolve Student Queries
