**Football Coach - Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct regular football training sessions focusing on foundational skills and physical fitness.

Develop and implement age-appropriate coaching plans aligned with **grassroots development principles.**

Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to players and parents.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.

Organize and supervise friendly matches, camps, and academy events.

Ensure adherence to the academy’s values and training standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**D Licence Certification**.

Minimum of 2-3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the grassroots or youth level.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young children.

Ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor kids with patience and enthusiasm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
