**SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)**

**Job Purpose**:
This position is a part of Semiconductor and Assembly Solutions (SAS) R&D team. Primary purpose of this position will be implementation of new product development projects, evaluation of alternative raw materials in existing products, evaluation of products as per customer needs, operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments, documentation and presentation of test results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute different experiments in the laboratory, including formulation/ sample preparation, product characterization, product performance and reliability testing as per project specifications or customer needs
- Document laboratory procedures and results, analyze test data, prepare technical reports and documents
- Present and discuss technical finding within work group and with internal/external customers
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure safety and cleanliness of the workplace

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- M Sc in Materials Science or B. Tech in Materials or Chemicals with 4 - 8 years of experience in chemicals or materials R&D
- Very good communication skill (written and verbal) in English
- PC skills, Microsoft Office
- Good Analytical (problem solving) and Strategic (adaptability, sense of urgency) thinking
- Ability to work as individual and as a part of a cross-functional and intercultural team
- Awareness of safety, cleanliness and quality

- Masters in Chemistry
