**Job Summary**:*
**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage the front desk, including handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Uphold the company’s standards of confidentiality and data protection.
**Qualifications**:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer service orientation and ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
