Copywriter (Stem)

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Copy Writer cum Editor/Content Writer to lead the development and enhancement of our science STEM kits (Einstein Box/Doctor Jupiter Brands). This individual will play a pivotal role in curating, creating, and refining educational content for our kits, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and engaging the target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Curriculum Alignment and Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that the content of the STEM kits aligns with national and state curriculum standards for up to 12th-grade science education / kids of age 14 Yrs olds.
- Develop comprehensive content outlines and lesson plans that guide the creation of engaging experiments, activities, and explanations.
- Create clear and concise instructions that allow students and educators to easily follow the experiments and activities.

**2. Content Curation and Enhancement**:

- Review and curate existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the latest educational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the educational value of the kits through new experiments, visual aids, and explanations.
- Continuously iterate and update content based on user feedback, educational trends, and advancements in science.

**3. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all content is accurate, error-free, and suitable for the intended grade level.

**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with the product development team to integrate content seamlessly into the physical components of the STEM kits.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing and informative graphics, diagrams, and illustrations that enhance the understanding of scientific concepts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) or education with a strong background in science.
- Experience in educational content development and editing, preferably for students up to 12th grade.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for young learners.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational frameworks for science education.

**Salary**: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
