As a business development manager, you will be responsible for leading our Google Ads team and ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' advertising campaigns.

**Position: Google Ads Specialist**

**Location: HYDERABAD**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives and target audience.

2. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.

3. Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad copywriting, campaign structuring, keyword selection, bid management, and ongoing optimization.

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per conversion, using Google Ads and analytics tools.

5. Generate regular reports and provide insights to clients on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

8. Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to continually improve ad performance and campaign outcomes.

9. Identify opportunities for expanding clients' online advertising presence and recommend strategies for scaling campaigns.

10. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business objectives, answer queries, and provide timely updates on campaign progress.

11. Maintain a strong understanding of clients' industries, competitors, and target markets to inform campaign strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role.

3. Google Ads certification is highly desirable.

4. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

5. Proficiency in using Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

7. Excellent copywriting and communication skills to create compelling ad copy.

8. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

9. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.

10. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

- Monthly salary package: INR 35,000 or 4-5 lakhs/year for highly skilled.
