Regional Trainer

Criteria - MBA freshers / Degree with minimum 1 year experience in sales_
- **Responsibilities**_
- _Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams_
- _Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires_
- _Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job_
- _Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members_
- _Observe how sales people interact with customers to identify areas of improvement_
- _Determine training needs both for individuals and teams_
- _Advise sales people how to upsell products and services_
- _Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material_
- **Requirements and skills**_
- _Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed_
- _Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms_
- _Excellent presentation skills_
- _Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales quotas_

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
