**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and compelling LinkedIn content for a diverse range of clients.
- Utilize research, writing, and editing skills to produce high-quality posts and articles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with client goals and strategies.
- Participate in content planning and strategy sessions to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn content to inform future content creation.

**Growth Path**:

- ** Within 1 month**: Complete our onboarding program, learn about our LinkedIn content strategy, and start producing engaging content under guidance.
- ** Within 3 months**: Develop proficiency in LinkedIn content creation, independently manage content assignments, and contribute to content strategy discussions.
- ** Within 6 months**: Take on more complex LinkedIn content projects, mentor new content creators, and actively participate in content planning and strategy sessions.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating content for LinkedIn, with a focus on B2B and B2C clients.
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and creativity.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms and best practices for content engagement.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Continuous learner with a desire to grow in the role.
