Fashion Designer/merchandiser

**Responsibilities**
- Sharing inputs for product range planning
- Speaking to buyers to share inputs in design, sourcing, collection packaging, etc.
- Managing the design process as per buyer’s requirements and working with prodcution team for execution
- Executing design collection launching plans by managing production through vendors
- Conceptualizing and planning marketing of our newly launched e-commerce brand
- Building brand presence online using content, photography, and video in all online marketing platform

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in design/merchandising
- Ability to manage the design process as per buyer's requirements and work with production team for execution
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
