Position Overview / Purpose

The key objective of the Recipient Services Trainee will be on learning and integration to Cochlear with activities and learnings as milestones. The Recipient Services Trainee - is meant to build the clinical and commercial acumen of the employee as the incumbent is expected to be from a clinical education background with no or limited work experience. After the initial 12 months, the intent is that the individual will have added responsibilities as a Recipient Services Associate. However, the same depends on the individual development journey. The period for the same could vary person to person.
