**Key accountabilities**:

- Work on ServiceNow - CSM module & have good understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Lead projects and provide solution options along with recommendation for ServiceNow migration.
- Develop high level solution proposal for business team & get agreement with development team.
- Suggest way of working to improve production stability.
- Develop/maintain code. Lead any production issue till resolution and provide improvement plan.
- Provide technical & functional support during UAT and go live
- Level 3 support to production issues for assigned appications within defined SLA
- Work with Tech Leads and Manager to setup standard guidelines, co
- ordinate technical sessions
- Responsible for maintaining Disaster Recovery Plan

Take overall responsibility for leadership, control and decision making for ensuring that all P1 operational activities are satisfactory performed within agreed SLA's and in accordance with the process.
- Responsible for technical documentation, coding accuracy, software configuration, version control and code reviews
- Focused primarily on learning to produce quality functional specification, getting familiar with Application 's code base, and debugging code
- Perform E2E functional & Regression testing
- Develop/maintain test cases & code
- Create and execute unit test for the code developed
- Prepare and update development documents
- Manage the software code using version control softwares
- Lead long term solution to provide better response time over period of time
- Provide technical support during UAT and go live Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defects
- Follow SDLC processes
- Support regression and integration testing.

**Skills**:

- ServiceNow Knowledge primarily in ITSM, CSM, Knowledge Management, Service Bridge, SSO & LDAP integration, etc.
- Advance Java, J2EE (API [REST]), Unix, Database troubleshooting skills, providing solution design & leading team.

**Certifications**:

- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
