**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Network SME will be a member/lead Network Operate squad. This person will be responsible for network operations and infrastructure services. As a part of the Network Team, your responsibilities will include day to day tickets and support, participation in on-call rotation, and documentation. Provide technical support to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance. Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. This environment includes, but is not limited to: Cisco routers, Cisco IOS switches, Cisco Nexus line, Load Balancers, Cisco ACI. Knowledge on Firewalls and other security devices/technologies will be added advantage.
- Expanding/extending network capabilities.
- Adding locations/users to the network.
- Migrating workloads into ACI fabric.
- Configure ACI multi-site with deployed fabrics.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with major network protocols and technologies including BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP EVPN, VXLAN and VPC.
- Experience with design and implementing SDN - Software Defined Network / SDDC - Software Defined Data Center environments.
- Experience with design and implementation of large complex Cisco ACI - Application Centric Infrastructure node.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum of 15+ years’ experience focused on Data Center network support, configuration, and implementation.
- Minimum 8+ years of core switching, routing, MPLS and FWs.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in enterprise-level networking with knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGPv4, etc.), SMTP and SNMP.
- Exposure to Cisco UCS platform and related switching configurations.
- Experience deploying and maintaining wide area networks with emphasis on IPSec, L2L VPN, and Remote Access VPN.
- Networking and security architectural and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
- Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with TCP/IP, networking, and DNS, SMTP, and HTTPS.
- Should be able to lead a team of L1/L2/L3.
- Should be able to drive High severity calls and drive RCA.
- Should be able to participate in architecture level discussion with client.
- Under SLA and compliance.
- Experience on working on datacentres with more than 500 network and security components.
- Should be able to plan lean shift rosters and align the shift operations as per workloads.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- CCIE, PMP/ITIL
