Collaborating with the author to ensure that the finished product meets their objectives
- Performing quality checks on all files to ensure that text is consistent throughout the book
- Working with printers to ensure that the design meets printing requirements, such as being compatible with presses used in book manufacturing
- Creating mockups, designs, and sketches of the interior layout to show the designer’s vision for the layout of the book’s pages
- Providing feedback to authors, editors, and other publishing staff regarding layout and design suggestions
- Editing text, including correcting spelling and grammatical errors, to create a final, publishable manuscript
- Designing covers using software such as Adobe InDesign or Adobe Photoshop
- Preparing final files for printing by converting files from one format to another if necessary

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Vesu, Surat, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe InDesign: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
