**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members, including designers, content creators, and developers, to create cohesive digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in SEO, including keyword research and website optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹30,750.45 - ₹45,724.01 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
