**Job Title: Female Assistant Teacher (Part-Time) - Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar Program**

**Location**: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

**About Us**:
We are a small after-school program dedicated to fostering early literacy and language skills in children aged 4 to 8 years. Our program is based on the highly acclaimed Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar methodologies, designed to make learning a fun and engaging experience for young learners.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our primary teacher and creating a positive learning environment for our students. This part-time position involves working with children in the afternoon and early evening, helping them develop their language and literacy skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the primary teacher in implementing the Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar curriculum.
- Support individual and group learning activities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage with students to encourage participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assist with classroom organization and preparation of materials.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children during program hours.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for working with young children and promoting their language and literacy development.
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar methodologies is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team with a flexible schedule.

**Working Hours**
- Part-time position
- Monday to Saturday (5 days a week)
- Afternoon sessions from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

**Location**
- Our program is located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
