**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
- Plan and run paid social media campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing posts.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to create engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
