**Job description**

We need somebody who has solid expertise in any of these areas:
**Organic Social Media**:
Social Media optimization techniques and very strong grip on Facebook and Instagram and should be able to manage end to end and with strong grip on all the technicalities of the platform. Who has skills to get verified tick on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pintrest. You will be looking at collaborations partnerships and online PR opportunities

We are looking at someone with high level of proficiency in:
**PAID ads (google and social media )**
- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience on Paid Adds. (search add and display add)
- Should have knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Webmaster Tools
- Knowledge of content marketing for optimizing the content for websites, blogs.
- Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Will be an advantage if has knowledge in SEO

**Performance marketing**: Should know SEO, Google analytics, strategize marketing, know competitor analysis, Understanding of digital marketing, and look after conversion rates, and lead generation. Run paid ads, and show lead funnel.

**Content creator/Communication design**: You should be an excellent communicator and have the ability to express/ share brief complex ideas. Knows the importance of word plays.

Seems easy but is challenging and will require you to understand the user target profile, the final intent of the communication, and a good understanding of our product program features. At BN all our work involves using communication nuggets, and short scripts on digital platforms like our APP and social media platforms.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
