**Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up the leads and ensure it is closed and achieved sales targets.
- Ensure assigned leads for site visit activity, complete on time.
- Gather information from prospective customers to identify their needs.
- Provide customers with information such as quotes, payment options, tax rebates on home loans etc.
- Working actively on the scheduled appointments.
- Home visit
- visits the client’s premises to explain the benefits of purchasing property in our projects.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult client on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair honest dealing.
- Property presentations and ensuring readiness at site to show case the features and benefits of our projects.
- Market research
- stay updated with the market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Sales reporting
- track and report sales activities, progress and results to the senior sales manager.
- Follow up with the clients after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirments**:
*MBA

*Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing.

*Knowledge in MS Office.

*Driving license (LMV)

*Excellent verbal communication skill in English. They should be able to articulate their thoughts clearly, listen actively, and effectively.

*Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

*Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

**JOB LOCATION**:ALUVA / PERINJERY

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
