**Job Profile**:Spoken English Trainer**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Deliver Curriculum**: Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Incorporate interactive activities that facilitate speaking practice and confidence building.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
- **Resource Development**: Develop and update training materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language practice.
- **Personalized Instruction**: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual learning challenges and goals.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your teaching practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other educators to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the language program.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and motivational approach to teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,674.03 per month
