**We are Hiring a Project Coordinator(Telecom)**

Location: Prayagraj & Bhubaneswar

Interview Mode: Telephonic + Face to Face

Experience: 2+ Years

**Salary**: up to INR 25,000/
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Must-Have experience in Passive Infra(Including Civil Part)**
- Maintaining Master tracker, Vendor Invoice tracker & OEM invoice tracker Updating on a daily basis
- Procurement and material dispatch planning based on the Sites requirement shared by the team
- Arranging Suppliers & Vendor PO’s. (Input will be given by Circle)
- Coordinating with Accounts and arranging Vendor Payments.
- Finding New Suppliers & Vendors
- Maintaining Stock Tracker and also getting Individual trackers from Regional teams.
- Invoice Validation & Vendor Bills validation (Service & Projects)
- All expenses tracker
- All executed work invoicing
- Responsible to enhance supplier supports
- Responsible for vendor management
- Local & Immediate Joiners Required
