**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Note

**Location
- Kirti Nagar( West Delhi)**
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies
- Reviews and processes purchase orders.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
- Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.
- Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
- Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
- Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.
- Maintain data base and the MIS of procurement

**Skills Required**:

- Must be graduate from any stream
- 2-3 years’ experience as a purchasing.
- Must be able to do work on ERP Software.
- Prior experience in ERP software
- Should be good in excel, word.
- Ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
