As a Tele Sales Fresher, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products or services over the phone. Your objective is to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, and close sales deals. You will be an essential part of the sales team and play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to the company's products or services.

Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.

Effectively communicate and promote the value proposition of the product or service.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and appropriately.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet individual performance goals.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing structures.

Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.

Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls effectively.

Proficiency in using computers, including basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.

Resilience and ability to handle rejection or objections in a professional manner.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
