**What you’ll do**:
The Customer success partner will be responsible to support the Global account managers to develop a deeper engagement with the selected set of Global System integrator accounts across India and Middle east region. Their key contribution will be towards keeping customers aware around Vodafone business International global product portfolio, drive the end to end internal governance process, foster a customer-centric team environment, increase RMS & improve customer experience during sales stage

This role will typically be based at our center of excellence in India due to the proximity to the customer base as most of the customer influencers are based in country and require travel within country sometimes for in person engagement with the customers.

**Who you are**:

- Assists and advises on and provides commercial insight and planning to deliver to the short/medium/long term financial targets;
- Leads the team to ensure optimised performance against service level agreements;
- Has full people supervisory responsibility for a team of commercial management/finance professionals and contributes to team building challenging but realistic forecasts and delivering on the company
- s plans;
- Maintains solid relations with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) and Business Intelligence (BI) to ensure consistent, clear and accurate information;
- Uses best practice knowledge to provide both financial and non-financial numbers and KPIs in relation to full profit and loss performance;
- Understands the dynamics of the programme performance and articulates the impacts from business activity;
- Understands and communicates concisely the relationship between the contractual terms and the commercial and financial solution.
