**Security Guard (MALE)**
**Shift**: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- **Monitoring and Patrol**:Security guards patrol assigned areas, both on foot and using surveillance equipment, to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment.
- **Access Control**:They monitor and control access points, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting premises, and authorizing access according to established protocols.
- **Surveillance**:Security guards monitor surveillance cameras, identify suspicious activities, and respond to alarms or other security alerts.
- **Incident Response**:They respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, and take appropriate action to address security breaches or emergencies, including apprehending trespassers or reporting incidents to authorities.
- **Reporting**:Security guards maintain detailed logs of daily activities, security incidents, and any unusual occurrences, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- **Customer Service**:They provide assistance to people in need, such as directing visitors, providing information, or offering first aid in emergency situations.
- **Enforcement**:Security guards enforce company security policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- **Communication**:They communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and emergency services as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Observation and Surveillance**:Strong ability to observe and monitor surroundings, identify potential threats, and detect unusual activities.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents, providing instructions, and interacting with the public.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people, including employees, visitors, and law enforcement.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to assess situations, make sound judgments, and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- **Physical Fitness**:Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as respond to emergencies that may require physical exertion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
