**Job Overview**:
The Real Estate Appraiser at Aviram Realty Pvt Ltd is responsible for assessing the value of properties for various purposes, such as sales, mortgages, taxation, or insurance. This role involves conducting thorough analyses of property features, market trends, and comparable sales to provide accurate and unbiased appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspection:
Conduct on-site inspections of residential or commercial properties to assess their condition, features, and overall market appeal.
Market Analysis:
Research and analyze local real estate market trends, considering factors such as property values, economic conditions, and demographic changes.
Data Collection:
Gather relevant information, including property data, recent sales, zoning regulations, and other factors that may influence property values.
Comparable Sales Analysis:
Appraisal Report Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports that include property descriptions, valuation methods used, and the reasoning behind the final valuation.
Client Communication:
Communicate with clients, including lenders, real estate agents, and property owners, to discuss appraisal findings and address any inquiries.
