**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to specific business goals.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and grow social media accounts, create and schedule content, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor and improve organic search rankings.

**Paid Advertising**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Identify opportunities to enhance website user experience and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

**Client Communication**: Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Stay Current**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and a passion for staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
