**1. UX/UI Designer**

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:

- Extensive conception and definition of smart home app UI’s (Android, iOS) in alignment with product vision, while considering the needs of different existing user bases.
- Conducting user research and explore user behaviour for different use cases, in different submarkets and countries with the goal to increase user engagement and creating demand.
- Improving the web-based configurators and platforms.
- Overall UX/UI continuous improvement throughout the product portfolio.
- Lead the design process for web apps, websites, mobile apps and other digital projects from A to Z.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and one of our Partners responsible for what’s design practice
- Create user journeys and flows to represent and optimise user journeys.
- Create clickable prototypes and mockups to validate design concepts.
- Iterate on design proposals based on internal and external feedback, research, technical constraints and market dynamics.
- Present your work and provide an engaging rationale for your design decisions.
- Create developer briefings and create a clean handover of your designs including a correct design implementation.

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- Degree in design (human computer interaction, graphic, visual design, visual communications, industrial, product,) or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of current web technologies, standards, patterns and UI/UX design trends.
- Excellent visual design sensibilities and proven ability to design a polished, engaging look and feel for our products.
- A strong and varied portfolio/ capabilities showing at least 3 or 4 projects you have worked with, demonstrating your attention to detail, creativity, and problem
- solving capabilities.
- **At least 4+ years of UI/UX design experience.**:

- You have already designed UI’s and improved UX for interconnected systems, where the digital

UI is part of a wider system consisting also of HW components, preferably in the smart home/ building automation market.
- You are experienced with multiple individual user processes and needs involved (e.g.,

B2B partners installing and commission the system, end users operating it, customer support).
- You have proven your user research (offline, online) skills.
- You can take the lead and drive concepts and daily decisions, maximizing product value within a given scope.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- You are a good communicator verbally and visually and you have good analytical and planning skills.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
