At Asteria Aerospace we are building a cutting edge drone operations management platform, that empowers businesses to utilize drones and fasten their digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Attend design briefs to understand requirements.
- Study product requirement documents in detail and ensure compliance of design to established product documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative and intuitive solutions for the product.
- Closely work with the UX designer and take the product from a wireframe stage to final hand-off to engineering.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Must have’s:

- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Previous experience working in a web/mobile software product company in a relevant position
- Proficiency in Figma / Sketch or other visual design tools.
- Ability to present and defend your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Nice to have’s:

- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for design aesthetics, but not at the cost of user experience.
