Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues or deviations.
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis of products to verify their composition and safety, considering local preferences and dietary needs.
- **Food Safety**:

- Implement and maintain food safety programs, including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) that are tailored to the specific conditions and challenges of dairy manufacturing in Vadodara.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess food safety compliance, taking into account local regulations and cultural practices.
- Respond to food safety incidents and complaints promptly and effectively, in accordance with local guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMPs, as well as local standards and practices.
- Proficiency in quality control techniques and laboratory methods, with a focus on testing and analysis relevant to dairy products in Vadodara.
