Metal Sheet Printer

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate printing equipment to print designs, patterns, or images on metal sheets.
- Select appropriate inks, colors, and printing techniques based on the desired design and customer requirements.
- Load and position metal sheets onto the printing equipment, ensuring accurate alignment and registration.
- Adjust printing settings, such as speed, pressure, and temperature, to achieve optimal print quality.
- Monitor printing process and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistent print quality throughout the production run.
- Conduct regular quality checks on printed metal sheets to ensure adherence to specifications and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues, such as ink flow problems or misalignments.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate translation of designs onto metal sheets.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies, such as inks, solvents, and cleaning agents, and reorder as necessary.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while handling and operating printing equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Printer on Metal Sheet or in a similar printing role.
- Familiarity with various printing techniques and processes, including screen printing, pad printing, or digital printing.
- Knowledge of metal preparation techniques, such as cleaning, priming, and coating.
- Proficiency in operating printing equipment, such as printers, drying ovens, or curing machines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Excellent color perception and the ability to match colors accurately.
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver metal sheets.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to printing operations.
