**About Us**Founded in 2017 by IIT Delhi alumni, Attentive is a B2B vertical SaaS company serving the outdoor services industry in the United States. We are building an end-to-end SaaS platform with a deep-tech core that analyzes geospatial imagery, enabling us to provide a suite of software solutions for our clientele.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Installations of Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems of the official devices.
- Setting up new computers and peripherals
- Diagnosing hardware and software problems
- Resolving network connectivity issues
- Guiding users through technical procedures with clear instructions
- Respond to user tickets regarding hardware, software, and network issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Diploma in computer hardware and networking
- Experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical expertise in network administration, systems integration, and System troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

**Additional Skills (desirable)**:

- Experience with Active Directory, network configurations, and mobile device management.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
- Knowledge of the public cloud.
