**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. 3D Modelling**:

- Develop detailed 3D models of PEB structures, including frames, connections, cladding, and other structural components, using Revit or AutoCAD.
- Ensure models are accurate, clear, and optimized for both fabrication and construction purposes.
- Incorporate mechanical, architectural, and structural details into models based on project requirements.

**2. Technical Drawings**:

- Generate fabrication, assembly, and erection drawings directly from 3D models.
- Produce shop drawings and other technical documentation to support project execution.

**3. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with design engineers and project managers to align models with project specifications.
- Address feedback from clients, engineers, and contractors to refine and finalize models and drawings.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular checks on 3D models and drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry codes, company guidelines, and client expectations.

**5. File and Documentation Management**:

- Maintain an organized repository of models, drawings, and associated documents for easy access and version control.
- Ensure proper documentation of changes and updates made during the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Revit, AutoCAD, or related 3D modelling software is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in 3D modelling, preferably in the PEB or steel structure industry.
- Experience in generating fabrication and erection drawings is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for 3D modelling and drafting.
- Strong understanding of PEB components, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., IS, AISC, MBMA).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
