CLASSY PLUS is a fast-growing Delhi-based brand specializing in **ladies' readymade garments**, including **kurtis, kurti pant sets, dresses, handbags, jewelry, and home furnishings**. We are expanding our online business and looking for dynamic individuals to join our marketing team to enhance our **digital presence** and boost online sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:

- Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings, website content, and blogs.
- Improve website ranking on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- **SMO (Social Media Optimization)**:

- Develop and implement creative **social media marketing strategies** for platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube**.
- Create engaging content, manage social media calendars, and run paid ad campaigns.
- Increase brand visibility, followers, engagement rates, and drive website traffic.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- **E-commerce Marketing**:

- Optimize product listings on platforms like **Amazon, Flipkart**, and the company’s website for better visibility.
- Run sponsored ads and promotions to boost sales.
- Analyze sales performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing for customer engagement.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **SEO tools** (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Expertise in **social media platforms** and paid advertising campaigns
- Basic understanding of **graphic design tools** (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Experience with **Amazon Seller Central** and e-commerce platforms is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration**, or a related field
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in SEO/SMO or digital marketing roles
- Certification in **Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing** is an added advantage

Pay: ₹9,597.69 - ₹14,949.00 per month
