We are looking for a creative, customer-focused Interior Stylist & Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

**Job Overview**:
As an Interior Stylist & Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales while delivering exceptional styling advice to customers. You will help clients select and style home décor products that align with their personal tastes and space requirements. Your expertise in interior design, combined with strong sales skills, will enable you to provide tailored solutions and elevate the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**:
Engage with customers in-store or virtually to understand their style preferences, space requirements, and functional needs. Offer personalized product recommendations and styling advice for their home décor projects.
- **Sales Performance**:
Meet and exceed sales targets by offering effective product solutions, building customer relationships, and leveraging upselling and cross-selling techniques. Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- **Product Knowledge & Trends**:
Stay updated on the latest home décor trends, product offerings, and design innovations. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product range, including furniture, têxtiles, lighting, and accessories.
- **Styling & Visual Merchandising**:
Assist with store visual merchandising, creating inspiring displays that highlight products in styled environments. Offer in-store styling services and create mood boards and design concepts for customers.
- **Customer Experience**:
Ensure exceptional customer service by providing knowledgeable advice, personalized service, and a positive shopping experience. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
Work closely with other team members and departments (e.g., inventory, marketing, design) to ensure seamless customer service, timely deliveries, and stock availability.
- **Event Participation**:
Participate in store events, promotions, and styling workshops to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or interior styling in the home décor or furniture industry (or similar relevant fields).
- **Styling Expertise**:
Strong passion for interior design with an eye for detail, color coordination, and space optimization. Ability to work with diverse design styles and adapt recommendations to meet client needs.
- **Sales Skills**:
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or design-focused environment.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and communicate design ideas effectively.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**:
Ability to listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Flexibility**:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with the ability to adapt to changing customer demands and store priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
