Position : Purchase Executive.

Experience : 4 to 8 yrs in Manufacturing company is Must.

Education : B.E is Preferred.

Work Location : Tiruvallur Industrial Area, Near Chennai.

: Must have a SAP Working Knowledge.

**Job Description**:

- Monthly planning & reporting, exception reports Purchase of indirect materials,contracts, agreements
- Maintaining Masters in system
- Day to day transactions - POs, follow up, coordination
- Imports formalities & documentation
- Preparation for audits & compliance
- Negotiation with vendor
- Creating New vendor code
- Maintaining Pending PO status Weekly
- Maintaining Pending PR status Weekly
