**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a principal at Aditya Public School Gadarwara. The principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, managing the faculty and staff, and ensuring a high-quality education for all students. The principal will also collaborate with the school board and local community to promote a positive school culture and mission.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in the education field
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead a large team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of current educational trends and technology
- Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment for all students and staff
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of and commitment to following all legal and ethical guidelines for education and administration

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
