As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for effectively promoting and selling our products or services through telephone interactions. Your primary objective will be to engage potential customers, cultivate relationships, and ultimately persuade them to invest in our offerings. You will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, articulating product features, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads sourced from various channels.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements to recommend suitable products/services.
- Articulate product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers, addressing any inquiries or objections they may have.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and securing repeat business.
- Meet or exceed predefined sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise effective lead generation and sales closure strategies.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in telemarketing or sales roles.
- Proficiency in at least these regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi) and Hindi, English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and overcome objections.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Languages**: Proficiency in at least one regional language **(Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi), Hindi, English**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
