Architectural Drafter

This is a full-time permanent **onsite** role for an **Architectural Draughtsman/Draftswoman** in **Ranchi.**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 6 months-2 years of hands-on experience in AUTOCAD to join our dynamic team at Metarch Studios, Ranchi.

He / She should have ability to understand the design and spaces to develop Construction and Architectural drawings in AutoCAD as per the finalized design under the guidance of Principal Architect. Hands-on AutoCAD knowledge and strong civil basic are must.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and structural drawings and documentation using AUTOCAD.
- Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with local building byelaws and applicable codes
- Conduct basic quantity take-offs or material estimation when required.
- Support site team with updated drawing revisions and layout clarifications

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Architecture /Drafting/Civil.
- Auto CAD drafting certification.
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Familiarity with local municipal byelaws (Jharkhand preferred).
- Knowledge of MEP drawings will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
