The Field Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in promoting and representing our institution that offers various courses. The primary responsibility is to establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. The incumbent will focus on organizing and conducting seminars to showcase the benefits of our courses to potential students.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify colleges and universities that align with our target audience.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in colleges and universities.
- Collaborate with academic departments and student organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for organizing seminars and workshops in targeted colleges.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, promotional materials, and audio-visual requirements.
- **Presentation and Public Speaking**:

- Deliver compelling presentations during seminars to showcase the benefits of our courses.
- Conduct engaging Q&A sessions to address queries and concerns from prospective students.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Actively work towards generating leads by collecting contact information from interested individuals.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads efficiently.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities, including attendance rates and lead conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and refine future marketing strategies.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the allocated budget for field marketing activities, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with the central marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Share insights from the field to contribute to the development of targeted marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as required.
