**Responsibilities**:
**Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, company updates, and relevant news to ensure our newsletters provide timely and valuable information.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and editorial teams to curate and visualize content effectively within the newsletter format.

**Audience Engagement**: Write copy that not only informs but also encourages reader interaction and feedback.

**Optimization**: Regularly analyze newsletter performance metrics to continually refine the content strategy and increase open and click-through rates.

**Feedback Incorporation**: Accept and implement constructive feedback from team members to consistently improve the quality and effectiveness of newsletters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing and interpreting metrics to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in English.
